The single storey unit comprises two-bedrooms, one bathroom and is located across the road from the Esplanade/ Ocean/ Beach and Banksia Park.  Here you can enjoy access to BBQ's and a swing park.  Birds and kangaroos are abundant in the park and provide a lovely back drop.  

For added comfort during the summer months, reverse cycle air conditioners are available in both bedrooms and the living room. Step onto the large deck at the back of the property to enjoy the coastal breeze and privacy. The house is fully equipped with a kitchen containing an electric oven, cooktop, and microwave, along with a laundry. Roomy living area with a wall mounted flat-screen TV. The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, and the second bedroom features three single beds.  Plenty of room for parking with an undercover carport and concrete slab provided for cars and boat. 

This Unit is not just a holiday destination; it's a place to create lasting memories while listening to the soothing sounds of waves. Moreover, this property is pet-friendly, welcoming outside pets with a fully enclosed patio area. Privacy is assured with a lovely enclosed patio area and BBQ facilities. Please ensure you pick up after your pet. Additional charges may apply if there are signs of pet hair on furniture.

The property is fully fenced. Your fur babies are most welcome as well. A maximum of two dogs is allowed, strictly outside only.  All pet friendly homes will require a pet security deposit to be paid on arrival, and to be held by our agency until an inspection has occurred after departure... *** $25 surcharge will be added to the tariff***

PRICES AS FOLLOWS:

Low Season - $550.00 p/wk All time throughout the year that is Qld School Term 

Mid Season - $870.00 p/wk (June/July and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)

High Season - $1130.00 p/wk (Sept Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas &    New Year Weeks)                                                                                                                 

Peak Season - $1430.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend / Week) 

A Booking Fee of $30 is included in each tariff, to be paid with the deposit.

Please also note that this property is not serviced during your stay. You are required to bring your own bed sheets, pillow cases and bath towels, as well as all of your consumables. This includes but is not limited to salt, pepper, shampoo, soap, cooking oils, toilet paper, detergents etc. 

You must also provide a copy of valid drivers license and credit card for security purposes upon key collection. Debit cards are NOT accepted. A cash deposit of $200 can be held by our agency if there is no credit card available.

There is no WiFi available at this property. For those guests using Vodaphone, you will get no reception in the Woodgate area. All other providers see, tp be OK.
