Stay in this beautifully appointed, two story beach house, and you will have a holiday like no other. Air-conditioners in all bedrooms and living areas, comfortable furnishings, ensures afternoon snoozes.

With 4 bedrooms this lovely home sleeps up to 9 people and has 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs), 2 sitting areas and a fully equipped kitchen.

The views from both the master bedroom and the balcony allow full ocean views and the occasional dolphin sighting. It's a stunner and WIFI included!

Outside pets are welcome, the property is fully fenced at the rear. All pet friendly homes will require a pet security to be paid on arrival, and to be held by our agency until an inspection has occurred after departure.  *** $25 surcharge will be added to the tariff***

PRICES AS FOLLOWS:

Low Season - $1050.00 p/wk All time throughout the year that is Qld School Term 

Mid Season - $1800.00 p/wk (June/July and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)

High Season - $2700.00 p/wk (Sept Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas & New Year Weeks)         

Peak Season - $3000.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend Week) *


* A booking fee of $30 is included in the Tariff *

Please also note that this property is not serviced during your stay. You are required to bring all of your consumables. This includes but is not limited to salt, pepper, shampoo, soap, cooking oils, toilet paper, detergents etc. 

You must also provide a copy of a valid driver's license and credit card for security purposes upon key collection. Debit cards are NOT accepted. A cash deposit of $200 can be held by our agency if there is no credit card available.

There is no WiFi available at this property. For those guests using Vodaphone, you will get no reception in the Woodgate area. All other providers see, tp be OK.
