This perfect beach side, Esplanade home is ready for you to enjoy again and again. With amazing ocean views and everything just a short walk away, we've got you covered. 

Catering for up to six guests, with AC included in the living area and ceiling fans throughout as well as a beautiful kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom (please note there are no window screens). Outside has seating areas out the front where you can watch the sun rise or catch the dolphins playing in the water or head to the back patio where the kids can play in the manicured gardens while you sip your Pinot Noir. This property does Not supply a BBQ.

The property is fully fenced and your fur babies are most welcome to this home as well. All pet friendly homes will require a pet bond to be paid on arrival, and to be held by our agency until an inspection has occurred after departure... *** $25 surcharge will also be added to the tariff***

PRICES AS FOLLOWS:

Low Season - $850 p/wk All time during the year that is Qld School Term 

Mid Season - $1430.00 p/wk (June/July Hols and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)

High Season - $2330.00 p/wk (September Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas & New Year Weeks)                                                                                                                             

Peak Season - $2730.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend Week)           

*A non refundable booking fee of $30 is included in the Tariff *

Property sleeps 6 with 1 x Queen bed, 2 x Double Bed.

Please also note that this property is not serviced during your stay. You are required to bring your own bed sheets, pillow cases and bath towels, as well as all of your consumables. This includes but is not limited to salt, pepper, shampoo, soap, cooking oils, toilet paper, detergents etc. Linen hire is available from the office should you not wish to travel with these items.

You must also provide a copy of a valid drivers license (photo ID) and credit card for security purposes upon key collection. Debit cards are NOT accepted. A cash deposit of $200 can be held by our agency if there is no credit card available.

There is no WiFi available at this property. For those guests using Vodaphone, you will get no reception in the Woodgate area. All other providers see, tp be OK.
