Magic On Mackerel

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis situated just 2 houses away from the glorious Woodgate Beach and includes ocean views. Just a short walk to walking and bike paths, Beach BBQ Area and the Banksia Park.

Magic on Mackerel is set up to accommodate 4 guests. The bedroom includes a Queen bed and the lounge room has a large Double Sofa Bed with Air Conditioning.

Your small fur babies are also welcome to join you at this unit. The back yard is an unfenced, shared space with the other 4 units in the complex, so please be mindful when taking your pets outside.

The kitchen has been recently renovated and is equipped with everything you need for your holiday including an Air Fryer and Aldi Coffee Pod machine.

You are also supplied with your own washing machine for this unit.

Out the front there is a single car parking space but unfortunatley this is not under cover.

For those travelling with pets, We do require a pet security deposit to be paid upon key collection direct to our agency. Once you have departed and the property has been checked, the money will be refunded back to you. We also ask that you do not use the washing machine to clean your pets bedding.

Please note that you are required to bring any consumables you need including but not limited to salt, oils, toilet paper, shampoo etc. 

This property does supply all of your bed and bathroom linen, so all you have to pack is your beach towels.

PRICES AS FOLLOWS:
Low Season - $490.00 p/wk All time throughout the year that is Qld School Term 
Mid Season - $780.00 p/wk (June/July and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)
High Season - $980.00 p/wk (Sept Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Xmas & New Year Weeks)    Peak Season - $1230.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend Week) *

Please also note that this property is not serviced during your stay.  

You must also provide a copy of valid drivers license and credit card for security purposes upon key collection. Debit cards are NOT accepted. A cash deposit of $200 can be held by our agency if there is no credit card available.

There is no WiFi available at this property. For those guests using Vodaphone, you will get no reception in the Woodgate area. All other providers seem to be OK.
