Sit outside on your own private patio to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sun set in the distance. There is also a single carport and your fur babies are most welcome to join you as well. Please note that the property is not fenced.

PRICES AS FOLLOWS:

Low Season - $620.00 p/wk All time throughout the year that is Qld School Term 
Mid Season - $1230.00 p/wk (June/July and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)
High Season - $1630.00 p/wk (Sept Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas & New Year Weeks)                                                             

Peak Season - $2030.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend Week) *

A booking fee of $30 is included in the Tariff *

All pet friendly homes will require a pet bond to be paid on arrival, and to be held by our agency until an inspection has occurred after departure... *** $25 surcharge will also be added to the tariff***

Please also note that this property is not serviced during your stay. You are also required to provide all of your consumables. This includes but is not limited to salt, pepper, shampoo, soap, cooking oils, toilet paper, detergents etc. 

Your bed and bath linen is provided at this property, which includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels and floor mats. You will need to bring your beach towels.

You must also provide a copy of a valid driver's license and credit card for security purposes upon key collection. Debit cards are NOT accepted. A cash deposit of $200 can be held by our agency if there is no credit card available.

Vodaphone does not service the Woodgate area, most other phone service providers will work. There is no WiFi at this property.
