Low Season - $2530.00 p/wk All time during the year that is Qld School Term 

Mid Season - $2850.00 p/wk (June/July Hols and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)

High Season - $3680.00 p/wk (September Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas & New Year Weeks)

Peak Season - $4250.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend Week)           

*A non refundable booking fee of $30 is included in the Tariff *

Property sleeps 9 with 2 x King Bed, 1 x Queen Bed, 2 x King Single Bed and 1 x Sofa Bed. All bed and bath linen is supplied, just don’t forget to pack your beach towels.

Please note that this property is not serviced during your stay. You are also required to bring all of your consumables. This includes but is not limited to salt, pepper, shampoo, soap, cooking oils, toilet paper, detergents etc.

You must also provide a copy of a valid driver’s license (photo ID) and credit card for security purposes upon key collection. Debit cards are NOT accepted. A cash deposit of $200 can be held by our agency if there is no credit card available.

For those guests using Vodaphone, you will get no reception in the Woodgate area. All other providers seem to be OK.
