Everything has been thought of for you with a dedicated space for kids to play, have fun, watch their favourite movie or sit out on the great patio and watch the sun rise. You might be lucky enough to spot the dolphins playing in the water. Woodgate is also known for the occasional whale and turtle spotting, so keep your eyes peeled.

Don’t forget to pack your push bikes and enjoy the 5klm of paved path stretching along the Esplanade

Low Season - $780.00 p/wk All time during the year that is Qld School Term 

Mid Season - $1430.00 p/wk (June/July Hols and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)

High Season - $2030.00 p/wk (September Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas & New Year Weeks)

Peak Season - $2530.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend Week)           

*A non refundable booking fee of $30 is included in the Tariff *

Property sleeps 7 with 2 x Queen Bed and 2 x Single Bed and 1 x Trundle Bed. Linen is not supplied at this property. You are required to bring your bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels and bath mats. Doonas and Pillows are supplied and don’t forget to pack your beach towels.

Please note that this property is not serviced during your stay. You are also required to bring all of your consumables. This includes but is not limited to salt, pepper, shampoo, soap, cooking oils, toilet paper, detergents etc.

You must also provide a copy of a valid driver’s license (photo ID) and credit card for security purposes upon key collection. Debit cards are NOT accepted. A cash deposit of $200 can be held by our agency if there is no credit card available.

There is no WiFi supplied at this property. For those guests using Vodaphone, you will get no reception in the Woodgate area. All other providers seem to be OK.
