Featuring 3 Queen beds and 4 single beds, this spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Enjoy the cool ocean breezes upstairs through fully screened windows and ceiling fans throughout, keeping you refreshed during your stay.

The home offers two living rooms, providing ample space for relaxation, while the massive, yard is perfect for children to play or pets to roam (outside-only pets are welcome). The back yard also has great side access and plenty of room to secure your boats and cars but no undercover car accommodation is available. Beneath the home is where you will find the 4th bedroom, 2nd beach bathroom and the 2nd living room with extra fridge and freezer space, the perfect teenagers retreat. Please note, the downstairs area is not screened and floor fans are provided.

Relax on the deck and enjoy the tranquil sounds of the ocean, or take a stroll along the 5 km paved esplanade pathway. Dolphin sightings are a common highlight, adding a magical touch to your stay. The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts with access to walking trails, 4-wheel driving tracks, and boat ramps for easy ocean or river access. Swim in the crystal-clear waters of the ocean, Theodolite Creek, or Burrum River.

Conveniently, courtesy buses are available to take you to the local pub and club. There is also a choice of nearby coffee shops. The home is just a short drive from the charming towns of Childers (25 minutes) and Bundaberg (40 minutes).

PRICES AS FOLLOWS:

Low Season - $690.00 p/wk All time during the year that is Qld School Term 

Mid Season - $1430.00 p/wk (June/July Hols and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)

High Season - $1700.00 p/wk (September Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas & New Year Weeks)

Peak Season - $2080.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend Week)

Property sleeps 10 with 3 x Queen Beds (2 Upstairs, 1 Downstairs) and 4 x Single Beds (2 Upstairs and 2 Downstairs). Linen is not supplied at this property. You are required to bring your bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels and bath mats. Doonas and Pillows are supplied and don’t forget to pack your beach towels.

The property is fully fenced. Your fur babies are most welcome as well. A maximum of two dogs is allowed, strictly outside only.  All pet friendly homes will require a pet security deposit to be paid on arrival, and to be held by our agency until an inspection has occurred after departure... *** $25 surcharge will be added to the tariff***

Please note that this property is not serviced during your stay. You are also required to bring all of your consumables. This includes but is not limited to salt, pepper, shampoo, soap, cooking oils, toilet paper, detergents etc.

You must also provide a copy of a valid driver’s license (photo ID) and credit card for security purposes upon key collection. Debit cards are NOT accepted. A cash deposit of $200 can be held by our agency if there is no credit card available.

There is no WiFi supplied at this property. For those guests using Vodaphone, you will get no reception in the Woodgate area. All other providers seem to be OK.
