Enjoy the ocean sounds and breezes on your verandah directly overlooking the pristine sands of Woodgate Beach. This lovely home features newly laid timber floors throughout, 4 bedrooms, modern kitchen and lounge area opening onto the verandah. The home is fully insulated in ceiling and walls. The living area and Master bedroom are airconditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout. The furnishings have been carefully selected and are sure to please. Sleeping 8 very comfortably, you will definitely want to come back and stay again and again.

Pet friendly to small inside pets only and a pet gate for the front verandah stairway is supplied. The property is not fenced although there is plenty of room to set up a pet run. All pet friendly homes will require a pet security deposit to be paid on arrival, and to be held by our agency until an inspection has occurred after departure... Please ensure you pick up after your pet. Additional charges may apply if there are signs of pet hair on furniture. *** $25 surcharge will be added to the tariff***

PRICES AS FOLLOWS:

Low Season - $810.00 p/wk All time throughout the year that is Qld School Term 
Mid Season - $1330.00 p/wk (June/July and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)
High Season - $2030.00 p/wk (Sept Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas & New Year Weeks)                                                                      Peak Season - $2830.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend Week) *

A booking fee of $30 is included in the Tariff *

Please also note that this property is not serviced during your stay. You are required to bring your own bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels, as well as all of your consumables. This includes but is not limited to salt, pepper, shampoo, soap, cooking oils, toilet paper, detergents etc. 

You must also provide a copy of a valid driver's license and credit card for security purposes upon key collection. Debit cards are NOT accepted. A cash deposit of $200 can be held by our agency if there is no credit card available.

There is no WiFi available at this property. For those guests using Vodaphone, you will get no reception in the Woodgate area. All other providers see, tp be OK.
