Down Stairs has the main Lounge area, 2 x Queen bedrooms and 1 x Single bedroom. There is also another main bathroom, laundry with Dryer, Day Bed and another glorious ocean facing patio.

The only room in the entire home that is NOT air conditioned is the single bedroom, otherwise the whole home is equipped with AC.

The property is fully fenced with electric front gate. Your fur babies are most welcome to this home as well. All pet friendly homes will require a pet security deposit to be paid on arrival, and to be held by our agency until an inspection has occurred after departure... *** $25 surcharge will be added to the tariff***

PRICES AS FOLLOWS:

Low Season - $1050.00 p/wk All time throughout the year that is Qld School Term 

Mid Season - $1630.00 p/wk (June/July and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)

High Season - $2530.00 p/wk (Sept Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas & New Year Weeks)                                                                                                                 

Peak Season - $3130.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend Week) 

A Booking Fee of $30 is included in each tariff, to be paid with the deposit. 

Please also note that this property is not serviced during your stay. You are required to bring your own consumables. This includes but is not limited to salt, pepper, shampoo, soap, cooking oils, toilet paper, detergents etc. 

You must also provide a copy of a valid driver's license and credit card for security purposes upon key collection. Debit cards are NOT accepted. A cash deposit of $200 can be held by our agency if there is no credit card available.
